Fathers Day Free Live Music Event on Seven Porches throughout Ditmas Park
Make Music Ditmas, is a live music event that will take place Sunday, June 21, on Father's Day from 3-5 pm on seven porches throughout the tree-lined streets of Victorian Flatbush. Each of the seven porches will feature live performances by professional and advanced local musicians.
All music will be performed simultaneously from 3-5 pm. You are invited to Stroll the neighborhood and enjoy different genres of music, from jazz, rhythm, and blues, classical, folk, rock, and more.
The event, run by Cortelyou Road Merchants Association (CORMA), is a fundraiser to assist small business owners who are struggling to survive during the pandemic. While the event is free to the public, donations via mycortelyou.com GoFundMe page are greatly appreciated.
Masks and social distancing is required. Chalk lines will be placed 6 ft. apart on sidewalks on both sides of the street in front of each house.
