Together We Give

Dear Neighbors, Merchants and Friends of Cortelyou Road,

On this Giving Tuesday, we invite you to support the volunteer work of the Cortelyou Road Merchants Association. For over 25 years, the Merchants Association has been meeting and working behind the scenes, keeping the corridor clean and safe, spearheading community events, and supporting the small businesses that are the lifeblood of our unique village of Ditmas.

During this COVID-19 pandemic, we have been working tirelessly to provide our small business owners with information and resources they need to make it through this difficult time. By being forced to shelter-in-place we realize more than ever how much we all depend on our local restaurants, bars, nail and hair salons, bodegas, gift shops, and more. We want them to survive and thrive.

In the past, we were able to collect membership dues from merchants to support street cleaning and other beautification efforts. Today we call on the village to help us in our efforts. Please visit mycortelyou, com, Facebook, and Instagram to learn more about what we do.

If you care, as we do, about the mom and pop shops that make our neighborhood special, and about keeping our beloved Cortelyou Road vibrant and clean, please give as generously as possible.

On behalf of all Cortelyou Merchants, we thank you.

Stay healthy and safe,

CORMA Board: Susan Siegel, Dina Rabiner, Anthony Finkel, and Adam Robertson

Flatbush Development Corporation: Lupe Ramsey and Nina Leonard
